Fitness evaluation as well as 30 Day difficulty

This morning I had a physical fitness evaluation at my gym. I was meant to have one when I very first joined in December, however they never contacted me about it. Anyways, I had my weight, arm/hip/waist measurements, body fat, versatility as well as heart rate (after a step test) measured.Seeing all these number made me see my strengths as well as weaknesses as well as what precisely I would like to improve. even though I’m not consumed with the scale at all, it is extremely discouraging that it’s not budging. I feel like I’m doing excellent with Intuitive Eating, however I have not lost any type of weight considering that tracking it in the beginning of the year (ouch).

I believe the phrase, “You get in shape in the fitness center as well as lose Weight in the Kitchen”. considering that my physical fitness evaluation showed that my physical fitness levels are good/excellent (except for flexibility!) I requirement to work on the kitchen area part.

RER’s 30 Day lose Weight in the kitchen area Challenge:

1. close the kitchen area as well as clean teeth at 8pm everyday (I already set my cell alarm to go off at that time).

2. plan my afternoon snack in the morning (to stop random grazing with the kitchen area all day).

3. stop eating mayonnaise by the spoonful. (Don’t tell me I’m the only one who does this.)

Lunch! I busted out a frozen meal today, mainly since it was taking up valuable area that I’d rather fill with ice cream frozen bananas

I threw this Indian lunch on top of a bed of lettuce as well as onions…

Since the meal is only 200 calories I paired it with some cereal so I wouldn’t requirement one more food break for a few hours.

Vegas is back to feeling like his old self as well as wished to state “go away” “Hello!”.
